The consultation fee is used to guarantee an 1 hour appointment with The Hogan Law Firm, LLC but does NOT guarantee that The Hogan Law Firm, LLC will accept the case. If The Hogan Law Firm, LLC accepts the case, additional payment will be required, as well as an execution of an contract between The Hogan Law Firm, LLC and the person officially establishing the attorney-client relationship. The consultation fee is nonrefundable.
Any No Call/No Shows or appointments canceled in less than 24 hours from the appointment time will be required to tender an additional $100.00 to schedule another appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of appointment must be rescheduled within 30 consecutive days. The consultation fee will have to be paid again if the appointment is not rescheduled within 30 consecutive days.
You must call and speak to a representative at The Hogan Law Firm, LLC to cancel or reschedule the appointment. Voice messages, emails, text messages, and sending a chat to The Hogan Law Firm, LLC will not qualify as canceling or rescheduling the appointment.
